At Barekin, we know that when you place an order, you’re looking forward to receiving it — especially when life is already full. We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, while keeping you informed along the way.


Processing Time

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days from our base in New South Wales, Australia.

During peak periods, promotions, or pre-launch phases, processing times may be slightly extended. If this happens, we’ll always do our best to communicate any delays.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post and Sendle.

- Flat-rate standard shipping: $10 AUD per order

- Free standard shipping on orders over $80 AUD, as displayed at checkout

- Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days after dispatch

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier performance.

All parcels are sent with Authority to Leave.

If you’re not home at the time of delivery, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe location at your address, as deemed suitable by the driver.

If you prefer your parcel not to be left unattended, we recommend using the delivery management tools or tracking notifications provided by the courier to update your delivery preferences prior to delivery.


International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear once your order has shipped.


Pre-Orders

If you place a pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be clearly noted on the product page.

Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items are available. If you’d like in-stock items sent sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.


Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend the following steps:

1. Check around your home and with neighbours or building managers

2. Contact the courier directly using your tracking number

Please note: once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the courier.

We aim to use recyclable, compostable, or eco-friendly packaging wherever possible, because gentle products deserve thoughtful delivery.
