During peak periods, promotions, or pre-launch phases, processing times may be slightly extended. If this happens, we’ll always do our best to communicate any delays.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post.
- Flat-rate standard shipping: $10 AUD per order
- Free standard shipping on orders over $80 AUD, as displayed at checkout
- Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days after dispatch

We now ship Barekin to New Zealand using Australia Post.
- Flat-rate shipping: $20 NZD per order
- FREE shipping on orders over $180 NZD
- Orders are dispatched from New South Wales, Australia
- Tracking is provided once your order has been dispatched

Orders shipped to New Zealand may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees imposed by New Zealand authorities, depending on the value and circumstances of the shipment.

Barekin is not responsible for delays caused by customs or border processing.

Pre-Orders
If you place a pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be clearly noted on the product page.
Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items are available. If you’d like in-stock items sent sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend the following steps:
