Refunds & Returns

At Barekin, we want you to feel confident choosing a gentle laundry solution for your family.

Because our laundry sheets are a personal and consumable product, we have a few guidelines around returns and refunds.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

- Returns must be requested within the timeframes outlined below

- Proof of purchase is required

- Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Change of mind

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on opened or used products.

If your order is unopened and unused, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll let you know if a return is possible. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and all returns must be recieved 30 days after delivery.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives:

- Damaged

- Faulty

- or Incorrect

please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll happily offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
