Eczema Essentials Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion
The Eczema Essentials Giveaway (“Promotion”) is promoted by Barekin (“Promoter”) in collaboration with the participating brands listed below.By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Promotion Period
The Promotion opens at:7:30pm AEST on Monday 7 September 2026and closes at:7:30pm AEST on Monday 14 September 2026.Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to:Australian residents;aged 18 years or over at the time of entry; andpeople with an active Instagram account.Employees of the Promoter and participating businesses, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.The Promoter reserves the right to verify an entrant's eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

4. How to Enter
To enter the Promotion, participants must:Follow all 9 participating brands on Instagram;Like an official Eczema Essentials Giveaway post on @shopbarekin; andTag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post.Due to Instagram's collaborator limitations, two identical official giveaway posts will be published on the @shopbarekin Instagram account.Entrants may enter on either giveaway post.Bonus EntryEntrants may receive one additional entry by:sharing an official giveaway post to their Instagram Story; andtagging @shopbarekin in the Story.The Promoter must be able to verify the Story share for the bonus entry to be valid.Entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Automated, fraudulent, deceptive or third-party entry methods are not permitted.

Prize values are based on the participating brands' stated retail or voucher values at the time of the Promotion.Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random using Comment Picker from eligible entries received across the two official giveaway posts.Eligible bonus Story entries will also be included in the random selection.The Promoter will verify the selected entrant's eligibility and that all required entry conditions have been met before confirming the winner.

7. Winner Announcement
The winner will be announced on:Monday 14 September 2026 at 8:30pm AESTvia the @shopbarekin Instagram account.The winner will also be contacted directly by @shopbarekin via Instagram Direct Message.The winner will only be contacted from @shopbarekin.

8. Prize Claim & Redraw
The winner must respond and claim their prize within 7 days of being contacted.If the winner does not respond within 7 days, is found to be ineligible, or has not complied with these Terms & Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.A new winner will then be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.The redraw winner will be contacted via @shopbarekin and announced on the @shopbarekin Instagram account.

9. Prize Delivery
Individual prizes will be supplied and/or fulfilled by the relevant participating brands.The Promoter will coordinate prize fulfilment with the winner and participating brands.Prizes may be delivered separately.The Promoter and participating brands are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, courier services or circumstances outside their reasonable control.

10. Verification & Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify any entry and may disqualify an entrant where:the entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements;the entrant has not completed the required entry conditions;the entrant provides false or misleading information;the entry is fraudulent or obtained through automated means;the entrant attempts to manipulate the Promotion; orthe entrant otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions.The Promoter's decision regarding eligibility is final, subject to applicable Australian law.

11. Instagram Disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.By entering the Promotion, each entrant releases Instagram from any responsibility or liability arising from or relating to the Promotion.All questions, comments and complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to Barekin, not Instagram.

12. Privacy
Personal information provided by the winner will be used for the purposes of administering the Promotion, contacting the winner and arranging delivery of the prizes, subject to applicable privacy laws.The winner may be required to provide reasonable information necessary for prize fulfilment.

13. Scam Warning
Beware of ScammersPlease be aware of fake accounts and scam messages relating to this giveaway.@shopbarekin and the participating brands will never ask you for your credit card details, passwords, payment or other sensitive financial information to claim a prize.The official winner will only be contacted by @shopbarekin.If you receive a suspicious message claiming that you have won, please contact @shopbarekin directly before providing any information.

14. General
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to applicable law.Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, warranty, right or remedy available under Australian law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
